Sendible

At Sendible, a social media management platform that caters for brands and agencies, I managed our partnerships and brand. This included creating multiple webinars with partners, managing the affiliate program, overseeing all review sites including G2 and Capterra.

Webinars

As a B2B company, at sendible we wanted to continuously educate our customers and help them grow their businesses. One channel I did this through was webinars with partner companies. Some webinars I organized were about scaling start-ups with limited budget with Hubspot, the best ways to use generative AI with Anyword, and a LinkedIn webinar with Hunch and UpLinked bringing in over 15K registrations.

Review Sites

Review sites are one of the main channels decision makers explore when making decisions on adding a new tool to their stack. By managing reviews, I helped grow sendible’s social proof and build confidence with prospective customers. This also allowed sendible to maintain an eye on the features that customers enjoy and were they could expand their offerings to increase customer satisfaction.

Affiliates

At sendible, partner programs included an Affiliate Program and a Refer-a-Friend program that helped allow the community to be rewarded for sharing Sendible and promoting new launches. In addition to managing the programs, I was always ideating ways to increase partner support and keeping them engaged through newsletters and updated swag items.
